Overview
The Philips Respironics BiPAP Vision Ventilator 582059 provides noninvasive positive-pressure ventilatory support for compatible hospital and institutional care settings.
The BiPAP Vision uses a centrifugal blower to generate airflow. It monitors proximal airway pressure and adjusts flow to help maintain the selected pressure level at the patient interface. This design supports mask-based ventilation workflows and helps compensate for changing circuit leaks.
The system supports CPAP and Spontaneous/Timed modes. International configurations may also support PAV/T mode, depending on software and installed options. The oxygen module can add controlled supplemental oxygen up to 100% when properly configured.
