The Fluke ProSim 8 Vital Signs Simulator is an all-in-one patient monitor simulator for biomedical testing, preventive maintenance, incoming inspection, and service verification. It helps technicians test patient monitors by simulating key physiological parameters from one portable device. REF 3979409 identifies the standard ProSim 8 Vital Signs Simulator configuration.
The ProSim 8 simulates ECG, respiration, temperature, invasive blood pressure, non-invasive blood pressure, cardiac output, fetal ECG/IUP, and arrhythmias . It also supports SpO₂ testing when used with the optional ProSim SpO₂ Test Module . This makes it useful for checking multiparameter monitors across hospitals, clinical engineering departments, service organizations, and biomedical equipment programs.
The simulator supports fast patient monitor testing with onboard patient presets, auto-sequences, onboard memory, USB communication, barcode scanner support, direct data capture, and printing functions. In addition, the 9-hour battery life helps technicians complete testing during mobile service rounds or bench testing workflows.
