Shipping
We ship from Posen, Illinois to destinations across the United States and worldwide.
- Parcel items — parts, accessories, handheld and small devices ship via standard ground carriers.
- Freight items — imaging systems, surgical tables, beds, anesthesia machines and other large equipment ship by LTL or dedicated freight. Freight is quoted per order based on destination, access and service level.
- White glove / installation — inside delivery, uncrating, positioning and setup available on request.
Every product page lists its shipping class so you know before you order.
International orders
We export regularly. We handle export crating and documentation. Duties, taxes and customs clearance in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility.
Returns
Because clinical equipment is configured per buyer, returns are handled case by case rather than by a blanket window. Contact us within 7 days of delivery if a unit arrives damaged, is not as described, or fails to perform as specified, and we will make it right — repair, replacement or refund.
- Return authorization is required before shipping anything back
- Items must be in the condition received, in original packaging where applicable
- Freight damage must be noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery — this is what makes a carrier claim possible
- Custom configured, special order and clearance items are sold as-is
