The Fluke medTester 5000C Biomedical Electrical Safety Analyzer is an automated biomedical equipment test system for electrical safety testing, performance verification, preventive maintenance, and service documentation. It helps biomedical technicians run standardized safety checks, store results, print reports, and transfer records into compatible CMMS workflows.
The medTester 5000C can operate as a standalone electrical safety analyzer. It includes 10 preprogrammed and 5 user-programmable electrical safety test sequences, so technicians can run repeatable safety checks with fewer manual steps. In addition, it supports 20 A device testing with GFCI protection , ground resistance testing, equipment current testing, leakage current testing, isolation testing, ECG performance waveforms, and arrhythmia simulation.
The system also supports expanded automation through optional modules. Depending on configuration, it can communicate with Fluke Biomedical test devices, accept equipment procedures from CMMS software, store test results, and transfer data for service documentation. As a result, the medTester 5000C works well for hospitals, biomedical departments, clinical engineering teams, and medical equipment service programs that need consistent electrical safety testing and recordkeeping.
