Overview
The CareFusion LTV Transport Lithium Ion Battery 14497-001 is a rechargeable external battery for compatible CareFusion LTV Series ventilators. It supports mobile ventilator power during transport, facility movement, home care, and other respiratory care workflows that require external DC power.
This battery connects to the LTV ventilator power inlet and helps extend ventilator operation away from wall power. When the battery disconnects, the LTV ventilator automatically reverts to internal battery power. In addition, the battery includes a five-segment LED charge indicator, so users can check battery status before use.
The LTV Transport Lithium Ion Battery provides a nominal 3 hours of external power from a full charge. Two batteries in the LTV Transport Battery System can provide up to 6 hours of mobile power , depending on setup, charge condition, ventilator use, and battery condition.
